Sadiya has been a member of the Harem Belly Dance Studio for many years studying with Master Teacher/Choreographer Renate. She has performed as a member of the Harem Belly Dance Troupe and as a soloist at numerous Harem Night Parties and studio engagements. Sadiya has also appeared at Lincoln Center's Damrosch Park, Cafe Figaro, Festival of the East,The Swan Club, AMED Hall of Fame, Freeport's First Night, The Harem Studio presentation of Scheherazade - 1001 Arabian Nights, Little Egypt Dance Festival with Serena Dance Theater, Riverside Theater, The Magic Circle Dance Theater and many ethnic and cultural events though out the Tri-State area. She has traveled to Egypt, Turkey and Morocco many times absorbing the the culture, studying with local teachers and of course shopping! Sadiya shares her joy and passion for the art of Belly Dance as the manager of the Harem Belly Boutique, a teacher, choreographer and troupe member.
